The staff was attentive and excellent - we would stay here again. Liked our 1 night stay. The rooms were warm and bright, and the bathroom was fairly clean with a bathtub. The location was excellent and wonderful for walking around an arch bridge. Plus, it was short walk to super market, and super market across the street.

Had a perfect stay of 1 to 3 nights. The beds were comfortable, room was spotless and large. We appreciated coffee and toast. Nothing to complain about, the venue met the criteria, would recomand it.

Excellent, amazing location close to the major sights, the old city center of Merida, and the old town. Caring, attentive people working here. Reasonably large and brand-new room with reasonably large bathroom.

The staff were helpful and proactive and the location was wonderful to bus station. We got a room with a bath.

Staff is attentive and you can park your car on-site. Plus, the location is absolutely perfect, minutes from a Roman - era aqueduct. And it's nestled in a new building very close to major sights and restaurants, super market and the old town...

I stayed at Deluxe Hostels & Suites and had a fantastic time! The staff were incredibly helpful and gave me plenty of information about what to do in the city. The bathroom in my room was spacious and clean, and the hotel's location near the train station and city center was perfect. The pool was a great bonus too!

I did notice some small issues, such as the lack of bedside tables and weak wifi in certain areas. However, these were minor inconveniences compared to the overall wonderful experience I had at this modern and value-for-money hostel.

We appreciated the nice pool. Conveniently located hotel. Easy walk to La Boardilla, where you can have lunch. Besides, it had a private parking which was located on site.

it's a great place, very clean. fairly good location, walking distance to all attractions. what's more, getting to an arch bridge on foot takes about 10 mins. we will come back, this hotel met needs.

Basic fittings but clean. Small kitchen and fridge available. Nice pool. Excellent for Roman culture interest with over 30 sites. Combined ticket good value for money.

Friendly reception staff with lots of helpful information, bright and new rooms with comfortable beds, nice swimming pool, and just a short walk to the city center.

Some cleanliness issues in the room, limited parking space at an additional cost, and a poorly equipped kitchen with bathroom equipment in need of repair.

deluxe hostels & suites merida exceeded my expectations. the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, providing lots of information about the amenities and nearby parking. the room was bright, new, and the beds were comfortable. the pool was a pleasant surprise, better than expected, and the location was just a short walk from the city center.

Bathroom maintenance could be improved.

deluxe hostels & suites in merida exceeded my expectations during this national park visit. the helpful staff, clean rooms, and great location made it one of the best places i've ever stayed in merida.

Shower was confusing to use.
